I had an issue with my order and, it took a few emails to finally get a clear answer. They did fix it in the end, so... that was good. I just wish the replies had been a bit quicker and, you know, less confusing

I ordered my IEMs from shenzhenaudio.com and I’m happy with them. They sound way better than I expected, which was a nice little surprise. Vocals come through really clear, the bass has a nice warmth to it, and the highs don’t get sharp or annoying. I’ve been using them every day now, and they’ve kind of become my go-to when I just want to relax and enjoy my music.

I ordered from overseas and the package did show up in good condition, so that part was fine. The tracking was kind of confusing though?? I wasn’t always sure where it actually was, and delivery took longer than I expected. Support did reply, just not super quickly. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it definitely could’ve been smoother...

I bought an IEM from them and, at least in my case, the warranty process ended up being frustrating. I don’t know if this is how it usually goes or if I just got unlucky, but replies took a few days, and I felt like I kept getting asked the same questions over and over. In the end, they basically told me to contact the brand myself, which wasn’t really what I expected after paying full price through them.

I felt like the return policy was kind of stacked against buyer. There are too many costs put on customer side, and the refund process doesn’t really feel fair if you just changed your mind. It made whole experience a bit frustrating

I ordered a DAC from Shenzhen Audio and had a few setup questions after it showed up. The first reply took almost 2 days, which was frustrating, especially because some of the wording on the product/setup info felt a bit misleading and made the driver situation seem simpler than it actually was. Once support finally got back to me, the tech person clearly knew what they were talking about and explained the driver issue in a way that made sense. It fixed the problem, so I do appreciate that. Still, I’m giving 3 stars because while the knowledge was good, the slow back and forth and unclear wording made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.
